Marie Barker is a high vibe women's wellness coach, with a passion and specialty in meditation, mindset and holistic health. A former High School English Teacher, with a past of chronic illness, anxiety and depression, she has spent the better part of the last decade healing, learning and now coaching women to greater health and well-being. Marie, I just listened to the interview you did with Joy about FAM and fertility and THANK YOU for this! I just recently went off birth control. The IUD felt so wrong and made me super anxious and I didn't know what my next step would be but this has given me a different alternative to birth control. It has taken me 10 years of being on birth control and a degree in veterinary medicine to realize that if we can track animals cycles, why aren't we tracking our own? This has been the most refreshing and reassuring thing ever! Thank you again!
THANK YOU for your workshop on cyclical living! I thought that having an IUD (and not having a period) meant this didn't apply to me, but learning about my energy cycle and how the moon impacts me was SO cool! Excited to track this moving forwards!
As I'm watching the videos, I'm making all of these connections around my emotions, my cycle, what's not serving me etc. Learning about my cycle is making me feel more in control and in harmony with my body and I'm not even done module 1 yet! AMAZING!!
Honestly, I was a little skeptical because I have an IUD and feel like my cycle is all over the place. This past week I was feeling so low energy, not wanting to exercise and be social. Then finally on Saturday I was extremely motivated and was like WHAT THE HECK. After listening to your video, this makes so much more sense! I was just in different stages of my cycle! I'm going to track and journal to see the patterns, but this was so informative. The moon phases are now on my calendar! THANK YOU!
